Very Good

The deposit will not be taken into account (deducted from the payment ) when paying the room. The transfer back to the credit card is taken to long. Hot water in the shower was only lukewarm

Wonderful

The ladies at the reception were very helpful and friendful. I liked the hotel's design, and the room was very spacious. Once you get a bit familiar with the area, metro seems quite close, you can choose between two stations. I also liked very much the small heritage area Tiong Bahru which starts just at the next street corner, and you can find good cafes and restaurants there, like Tiong Bahru Cafe.

You coud hear some traffic noise coming from the road, but mind you, you are in a big city, so it is nothing unusual.

Could’ve been better

Easy to get around with bus and MRT. Enjoyed the market, food stalls and restaurants nearby. Also nice and safe to walk around after meal. Nice room. Quite spacious.

Don’t like the shower. Also bed in my brother’s room not comfortable. Need a new one. Breakfast is a joke.

good set up comfortable room with space .staff kind . location is nice with several shops and restaurants around much of local style .wifi good.shower too. quite and relaxing . it is a good choice to explore and meet you move around

The room is very big and clean. Staffs are very helpful.

In the hallway on the 6th level, the ceiling was leaking… The ceiling needs to be repainted or it doesn’t look too good.

Fair stay at the D'hotel

Comfortable bed Good wifi Friendly staff In walking distance to restaurants.

The shower is next to the toilet and without a buffet so the toilet gets wet while showering. Small bugs crawl from the shower drain and got to the top of the toilet.

location is excellent staff is very nice & very cooperative.

bed & mattress was very bad, I got severe back ace from 1st night itself, for extra beds you need to inform hotel in advance.

very convenient for public transport which is very easy to use in Singapore. Good sized room, clean and comfortable. Quirky interesting exterior to hotel.

Supreme comfort in great location and lovely staff.

Really comfy rooms, beautifully clean and maintained. Coffee station very nice. Really comfy, big bed. Amazing window with a typically Singaporean view! Plenty of complimentary water (and fridge to keep them cool), air con was great and easy to use. Had everything we needed and the staff were absolutely lovely.

Would have been nice to have a breakfast included although it did mean we went out and found some great places instead. It would also have been nice if the rooftop bar had served alcohol (we might have used it then), although if it didn't serve alcohol for Halal reasons then that's no problem at all but would be good to know.

Great location, nice room, fantastic value for money. Will stay there again.

Great location for getting anywhere. Bus stops and metro stations very close and well connected. Room was spacious and had good facilities. Fantastic shower and a lovely big comfortable bed

The hotel bar/restaurant stopped serving at 9.30pm which seemed very early.

The location was about five to ten minutes walk from Outram Park Road station, which was pretty convenient if you want to get to the key tourist destinations in the city. It is also close to the Tiong Bahru market and the Tiong Bahru bakery. The room was fairly large and was clean and well equipped. There was not much of a view as the hotel is not that high up. Gym was pretty small. Overall given the average prices in Singapore it is a decent option.
